Hello! My old company wants me back. Last year, they fired me due to "redundancy" but now they've come to their senses and realize that I'm an asset. So I would like to ask a few things before joining & wonder if these can be included in my contract: 1- 40% increment from my old salary 2- 6-month severance package if they laid my off again the 2nd time 3- Fixed yearly bonus, minimum 2months 4- Yearly increment, minimum 5% 5- Hybrid working arrangement. Pls don't assume I hold any grudge. Thanks!

I'm so fed up almost 1 year still no job for me I have valid forklift license till no col.. everyday apply but not received any call ..yes I know that I'm not capable but atleast give opportunity those who strugle to get job..yes I'm not gud in talk but I can learn n do my best ..feel so failured in life ..if not get job in warehouse as a forklift driver atleast hospital porter or operator also I can work..

I have a diploma in programming but started my career in admin, then accounts, and now handle HR, IT, admin, accounts, and logistics in a small, unstructured company. I’m a Malaysian with a valid WP and 7 years’ experience. I want to focus on HR, start as an assistant, study further, and grow in the field. Job applications keep getting rejected, and I’m feeling stuck. Any advice on breaking into HR and improving my job search?

i was a driving instructor previously a dream job which i has waited for 11years right after my NS. But luck was not with me i had to resign due to my mum had a health, after she had gained her health i reapply all the 3 driving schools since end of 2023 until may 2025 i was rejected immediately without anyone from HR department call me, iam unemploy without full time job doing ad hoc.
